Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of hosting a variety of successful events, each leaving a lasting impact on our community and its members. From engaging workshops to memorable celebrations, our events reflect our commitment to quality, creativity, and connection. Our Great Whiteaker Clean Up was a tremendous success, thanks to the efforts of 40 dedicated volunteers and the support of 7 local businesses. Together, we made a significant impact by filling two large dumpsters with debris, beautifying the neighborhood, and strengthening our sense of community. This event showcased the power of collaboration and local pride, making Whiteaker a cleaner, brighter place for everyone.
Our Open Mic event was a heartfelt tribute to the life of Gary Munz, bringing together several people from the community to honor his memory through the power of music. It was a night filled with touching performances and shared stories, as friends, family, and local artists celebrated Gary’s life and legacy. The event was a beautiful reminder of how music can bring people together to heal, reflect, and celebrate those we’ve lost.
We’re proud to have partnered with FOOD for Lane County and the Oregon Food Bank to enhance our food service efforts. Thanks to grant funding, we’ve been able to make vital improvements, including the addition of a handwashing station and upgrading our food storage area. These upgrades have helped us serve our community more efficiently and safely, ensuring that we continue to provide essential support to those in need.

We are grateful to offer our community a versatile event space, perfect for gatherings of all kinds. Whether you’re hosting a wedding, a celebration, a performance, or a special event, we offer a flexible and inviting environment to suit your needs. With a total of 1,781 sq. ft. of space, including a 525 sq. ft. stage, we provide a welcoming environment for your special occasion.

Flexible Seating: Our space includes 15 rectangular tables, 50 red chairs, and 25 gray chairs, and 4 pews offering comfort and warmth for all your guests.
Stage for Celebration: A 525 sq. ft. stage, ideal for performances, ceremonies, or worship, allowing you to create a meaningful experience for your gathering.
Audio & Visual Tools for Inspiration: Featuring 2 microphones, 2 amps, 2 speakers, a baby grand piano, and 3 music stands, our space is equipped to elevate your event. The projector and screen are perfect for sharing memories, messages, or multimedia presentations.
Adjustable Lighting to Set the Mood: Create a serene atmosphere with our adjustable lighting to set the tone for reflection, joy, or celebration.
Hospitality at Heart: Enjoy our complimentary coffee and water station, as well as 2-stall unisex restroom. Inquire about use of kitchen availability.
Space for All Occasions: Whether you need the full 1,781 sq. ft. with the stage or the 1,256 sq. ft. main floor, our space can be arranged to suit the needs of your gathering, large or small.

Water Room
Attendees: 1-8 | Sq. Ft. 180 | Wifi available
The Water Room is warmed with natural light that provides a sense of spaciousness for a smaller room. Perfect for one-on-one appointments or small groups sessions. Furniture can be used or removed from space for the desired usage.

I'm grateful for this place. For the more evolved person I am today. That this church helped me to be. And of course for like 47 donuts, gallons of coffee, and all the slices of pizza. #gratitude"
